Overview
The Black Student Union is an organization that focuses on building community, promoting cultural awareness, and creating a supportive space for students on campus. BSU allows students to connect, celebrate Black culture, and have meaningful conversations about important topics. Our goal is to encourage leadership, unity, and education while helping students build relationships with one another.
The Black Student Union has hosted several events that bring students together. We organized a BSU Flag Football event where students were able to have fun and build community outside of the classroom. We also hosted two movie nights during Black History Month to celebrate Black culture and highlight important stories in history and film.
The Black Student Union hosts weekly meetings where students can come together to build friendships, discuss different topics, and support one another. Our organization is open to all students who are interested in learning about culture, building community, and getting involved on campus.
