Aims & Scope
Founded by Northwood University’s Department of Economics in 2024, Emporos serves as a research repository for the scholarly work of Northwood University faculty, alumni, and affiliated scholars. The publication provides a platform for the circulation of working papers and selected lecture transcripts, encouraging intellectual exchange and constructive feedback from the broader academic community. Emporos supports the development of research projects by making preliminary work accessible for discussion and refinement prior to submission to external academic journals and other publication venues. Authors retain full rights to revise and publish their work elsewhere.
Emporos accepts submissions from Northwood University faculty, alumni, and affiliated scholars. While submissions may undergo editorial review for clarity, formatting, and consistency, published works are intended as preliminary contributions circulated for feedback and further development.
