About the program

The Management curriculum focuses on training graduates to be effective General Managers. The two main areas of emphasis are Strategy (planning and implementation) and Behavior (motivation, leadership, power and politics, etc.). Organizational structure & design and human resource management are also key components of the curriculum. The curriculum is broad in scope, and enhances learning through the use of experiential learning tools such as cases and business simulations. Internships, while not required, are strongly encouraged. Students are also encouraged to study abroad. The university has dedicated personnel to assist with internships and study abroad.
