University of Aftermarket hosting executive development series in Germany

INFUSION 23-24 set for June 2-6 in Hamburg

The University of Aftermarket, through Northwood University, is opening registration for a high-level executive development series that transitions leaders into strategic visionaries.

“Through our INFUSION series, we formulate strategies to prepare executives to become much more efficient at leading their organization,” stated Dr. Thomas Litzinger, executive director of the University of the Aftermarket and aftermarket education industry chair at Northwood University. Participants will learn innovative tactics to achieve better results for their organization.”

INFUSION is constructed to analyze varying approaches to critical topics, design clear outcomes, appraise better results, develop ground-breaking strategic visionary skills, create dynamic organization cultures, measure the adverse impacts of organizational isolation, diagram state-of-the-art cyber-security stratagems, compare best practices in supply chain management; express knowledge in mergers and acquisitions; evaluate their corporate strategy; and differentiate their competitive advantage from their competition.

“Attendees will leave INFUSION better equipped to operate their businesses in an ever-changing global economy in a post-pandemic environment,” Litzinger explained. “Throughout the week, we will be discussing how organizations can utilize operating procedures designed to achieve maximum return on investment approaches and improve bottom-line results, as well as improve organizational culture and decrease the adverse impact of organizational isolation. We will identify policies that lessen the probability of cyber-security breaches and analyze merger and acquisition schemes while also comparing methodologies to maintain a competitive advantage.”

The five-day course will be held from June 2-6 in Hamburg, Germany.
