As Kyle Batta, the captain of Northwood University’s Auto Show of the Palm Beaches gears up for this weekend’s event, he is now releasing his list of TOP 5 CHICK MAGNET RIDES which will appear in the show.

Northwood University Florida Auto Show Hours:

  • Saturday, February 22nd 10am – 6pm
  • Sunday, February 23rd 11am – 5pm
  • For further information please call (561) 681-7972 or visit https://auto.northwood.edu/

Completely subjective, Batta’s list of Northwood University Auto Show of the Palm Beaches top Chick Magnet Rides has generated much playful debate. His picks include:

2014 Rolls-Royce Ghost: Offering wood veneer interiors, dramatic rear-hinged doors, a cashmere-lined ceiling and massaging seats, this beauty’s combination of state of the art technology and timeless elegance will ensure you make a good first impression.

2014 Dodge Viper: With curvaceous lines and its shapes, materials and sensory gratification generating ‘world-class status,’ ownership of the newly released Dodge Viper indicates adventure, class and financial stability.

2014 Maserati Ghibli: Smaller, sportier and lighter than its Quattroporte, Maserati’s Ghibli reveals a decadent walnut trimmed interior, 15-speaker surround-sound hi-fi system and a Wi-Fi hot spot – all while revealing the owner has “family guy” potential, as it comfortably seats five.

Dodge Challenger SRT8’s: Fast and loud, the modern muscle Dodge Challenger SRT8’s hemi engine can’t help but attract attention. With its website encouraging enthusiasts to measure performance by the ‘number of horses under the hood’ and to ‘open the throttle, it’s time to start living,’ this ride promises adventure.

2014 Ford Mustang: With its well-loved pony logo at the center, the Ford Mustang also shows its masculine side with a chiseled body revealing the full power of its V8 engine – and at only 23k, you’ll still have money left over for romance.

Displaying more than 200 new domestic and imported cars and recreational vehicles ranging from $10,000 – $400,000 the international affair is part of Florida’s 30th Anniversary Welcome Weekend activities which will greet alumni and friends from across the globe. It will include international food trucks, family oriented activities, women’s and men’s basketball games and an open house

Completely run by Northwood University students, many of whom are Automotive Marketing and Management majors, the show is the largest student-run event of its kind in Florida. It will open with a panel discussion featuring three well-known industry experts, including the former Vice President of Ford, who will share their experiences while discussing current automotive marketing and management industry trends.

A three-year veteran of the event, Batta has climbed the ladder from Nissan/Kia Team Captain, to Asian Brand Manager, to Chairman. Batta’s passion for the automotive industry runs much deeper than most, and it shows. With his Executive Board and Product Team leaders, he plans on revitalizing the event by incorporating the international flavor of the university and by showcasing technological breakthroughs in the industry that will change global travel. An Automotive Marketing and Management major, Batta is from Boston Massachusetts and his family is in the automotive dealership business.
