For more information, please visit our website at www.northwood.edu/fashionshow/.The 13th annual NU Style Show will feature a live gallery of couture throughout a fashionable mixture of art and music. “Runway Rhythm,” the theme for this year’s Style Show, is completely constructed by an executive board of 18 members, all from diverse majors. The diversity among the members allows each of them to bring their own unique interpretation of the overall theme into the show. Shelby Ott, the Style Show Chair, was chosen in May 2013 and has been hard at work planning the show and leading the executive board to produce a successful event. Shelby says, “I am beyond excited as the show is quickly approaching and we see all the pieces coming together. I was given the privilege to work with an amazing group of people who have poured their hearts and souls into this year’s show. It will be an incredible treat to see all of our hard work pay off and to finally see our dreams for ‘Runway Rhythm’ come true. I am positive it will be one to remember!”

Professor Jill Ouellette, chair of the Fashion Marketing and Management department, oversees the executive board and is a support system for her students and helps them execute the success of the show. Professor Ouellette says, “Northwood University students have been working extremely hard this year in preparation for another spectacular show. ‘Runway Rhythm’ is sure to please people of all ages. Add in the fashionable looks from our student designers, along with various stores, and this show will once again dazzle the audience. It’s always thrilling to be able to showcase our students and their talents in this wonderful annual event.”
