Northwood University Instructor Recognized for Innovation

The American Accounting Association recently recognized Northwood University adjunct instructor Cathy Scott with its two-year College Educator of the Year Award for 2012-2013. The award cited her innovation in the classroom and her leadership in the development of teaching and learning beyond her own courses.  Her recognition by the American Accounting Association was for her work at Navarro College, an area community college.  Scott teaches automotive marketing computer labs and other specialty courses at Northwood’s Texas campus.
