Northwood University has launched a new AI-powered search and chatbot experience.
Built to help prospective students, current students, families, alumni, faculty, and staff quickly find information, Northwood’s new AI-powered website search and chatbot pull directly from official website content and present answers in a clear, conversational format. Similar to interacting with platforms like ChatGPT, users can ask questions, receive instant summaries, and easily navigate to relevant pages.
“Students and families expect fast, intuitive, and intelligent digital interactions,” stated Chief Marketing and Communications Officer Rachel Valdiserri. “AI search and chatbot technology allow us to deliver that experience while continuously learning from user feedback. This launch is just the beginning of several enhancements that will make Northwood even more accessible, responsive, and future-ready.”
