Campus President Dr. Tom Duncan stated, “Northwood University-Florida was pleased to partner with this exciting new business venture in West Palm Beach.  Hosting the Job Fair on our campus allowed thousands of area job-seekers and employers to see Northwood ‘up close,’ and we were able to share information about our academic programs to hundreds of prospective students,” said Duncan.  “In particular, we targeted visitors who would be interested in our Adult Degree Program and MBA program.”

“Each person who entered the Job Fair received a Northwood Seahawk bag that included information about our academic programs, basketball tickets, and information about our upcoming Auto Show of the Palm Beaches set for February 21-22, 2014.”  Added Duncan, “The Outlet Mall will provide significant jobs and internship opportunities for our students.   Several of our current students received immediate job offers at the event, with some students receiving multiple offers,” President Duncan concluded.

Said Palm Beach Outlets General Manager Jim Roberts, “With Palm Beach Outlets creating over a thousand jobs in the local market, the New Year will bring new opportunity for so many in our community.”
