Dr. Tom Duncan interviews live in studio with WPTV's Michael Williams.

As many American’s strive to achieve financial stability and global economies remain a focus, media members continue to turn to Northwood University experts for insight.

This past week, South Florida NBC and CBS stations turned to Northwood University Florida President Dr. Tom Duncan, adjunct professor Michael Olsher, and professor Timothy Gilbert to share insight relating to reports that the United States middle class was no longer the most affluent group on the globe, legislation requiring gas stations to highlight cash versus credit card price differences, and proposed legislation which could require the state of Florida to provide instate tuition for undocumented students.

“We’re thankful that media members appreciate the value that our leaders and professors offer both inside and outside of the classroom,” smiled Suzi McCreery, Florida’s Director of Public Relations. “The willingness and ability of our leadership and faculty to convey complex global issues helps to ensure that we’re provided further insight into the economic, political and environmental headlines which affect us all,” she said.
