Brembo, the global leader in braking, will host the next installment of INFUSION, a premier executive development program through Northwood University for high-level executives in the global automotive aftermarket.
A unique, two-part leadership experience, INFUSION 2025-26 will blend immersive learning with international industry insights to equip executives with the tools needed to lead their organizations with confidence and clarity in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
“INFUSION is unlike any other development experience in the aftermarket,” stated Dr. Matthew Bennett, Vice President of Enrollment, Strategic Partnerships, and Center for Automotive & Mobility Studies at Northwood University. “By partnering with Brembo — a brand synonymous with performance, innovation, and global reach — we’re delivering a world-class program that bridges executive learning with real-world industry transformation.”
Week One of INFUSION 2025-26 will take place Sept. 21–25, 2025, in Southeast Michigan, with exclusive sessions and site visits to the Henry Ford Museum, Brembo’s North American headquarters in Plymouth, and its disc manufacturing foundry in Homer.
Week Two will be hosted in June 2026 at Brembo’s global headquarters in Bergamo, Italy. Attendees will fly into nearby Milan, where they’ll experience behind-the-scenes access to Brembo’s global headquarters and engage with leading European aftermarket executives and thought leaders.
“INFUSION is tailored for senior leaders seeking global insight, expanded networks, and actionable strategies to drive breakthrough innovation and fuel sustainable growth,” explained James O’Dell, director of aftermarket education at Northwood University. “INFUSION isn’t just about leadership theory — it’s about practical application in real-world, high-stakes environments. We’re proud to collaborate with Brembo to create a transformational experience that will benefit participants and their companies for years to come.”
INFUSION is administered by Northwood University, a long-time leader in aftermarket education and executive development, and home of the Center for Automotive & Mobility Studies. INFUSION attendees can earn 7 continuing education units (3.5 from Week 1 and 3.5 from Week 2) to apply toward their AAP, MAAP, and GAAE professional designations.
