My Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy focuses on helping students connect what they learn in the classroom to how marketing actually works in the real world. With more than 17 years of experience across multiple industries, I design my courses to feel like professional environments where students collaborate, think critically, and communicate clearly.

I treat students as emerging professionals, setting clear expectations while providing the guidance and transparency they need to succeed. Assignments are built around practical challenges so students can apply concepts in meaningful ways. I prioritize clear communication, engaging discussions, and current industry examples to create a classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions, testing ideas, and learning from mistakes.

As marketing continues to evolve through technology and AI, I encourage students to explore new tools thoughtfully and responsibly, with the goal of leaving my courses confident, capable, and ready to make an impact beyond the classroom.
