My Teaching Philosophy
The focus of my teaching philosophy revolves around developing a deep understanding and adaptability that prepares students for real industrial environments. My students learn through hands-on activities, and I encourage questions, using their curiosity to drive the course and develop complex ideas. I view this as learning by engagement, and the engagement will produce lasting understanding. I create a responsive classroom where inquiry is welcomed and encouraged. I continuously develop course materials to keep them relevant by incorporating current industry realities and technologies. I believe students need to be equipped with technical skills, but also with confidence and critical thinking skills to thrive in their professional environments. I see the blending of practical experiences with the theoretical rigor of the classroom to connect the world.
