Nominated by Suzanne Forbes Dicker, DW’84. Ms. Schultz is the founder and CEO of Women’s Automobile Association International (WAAI). This non-profit organization’s mission of 350+ members throughout US and Canada is to better the advancement of women with scholarships, and networking. Northwood University’ David Fry helped launch WAAI with office space and secretarial support. WAAI has established a scholarship fund for women seeking careers in the automotive industry. She received a BA in liberal arts from Alma College in Michigan. She has received 18+ awards from 1991-2012 for her business and community service leadership and served as a board member for 11 other organizations.
