Dr. Ayers is an extraordinary leader who is committed to empowering women. She is CEO and President of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, a national, professional organization headquartered in Lawrence, Kansas. Dr. Ayers oversees 74 chapters and more than 8,000 members throughout North America; the CREW Foundation; national educational and networking events, research and other initiatives designed to enhance the success of women. She earned her Ph.D. and MA from the University of Maryland and her undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University. She has received numerous awards for her leadership in promoting women to succeed.
