Dr. E’Lois Thomas is President of SEEL, LLC — a nationally recognized leader in energy efficiency solutions, workforce training, and community impact. Under her leadership, SEEL has expanded its footprint nationwide, partnering with utilities and organizations to deliver measurable results that promote sustainability, equity, and innovation. Her strategic and data-driven approach has positioned SEEL as a top-tier energy sector partner recognized for operational excellence and community empowerment. Dr. Thomas holds a Ph.D. in Business from Northcentral University, an MBA in Management from Walsh College, and a B.A. in Business with a focus in Accounting from the University of Detroit Mercy. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified Green Energy Manager, and an alumna of Yale University’s Women in Leadership Program. She serves as Board Chair of the Detroit Police Athletic League (PAL) and on several nonprofit boards.
