Morgan Dunn O’Connor

An attorney and businesswoman, Morgan O’Connor has chaired the Houston chapter of Northwood’s National Women’s Board and has spearheaded its programs and projects by years of dedicated support. A native of Victoria, Texas, she is the daughter of Marie O’Connor Sorenson and the late Robert Parke Dunn. She was educated at Southern Methodist University and St. Mary’s University School of Law. Ms. O’Connor has been a trustee of these groups: Victoria Regional Museum Association (where she served as president), Victoria Preservation, Inc. (where she served as president and project director for the Historic Resource Survey), Texas Heart Institute of Houston, Art Museum of South Texas, Cultural Council of Victoria, Victoria 100 Club and Dean’s Advisory Board for St. Mary’s University School of Law. She was a member of the 1992 class of Leadership Texas and has been president of St. Joseph’s Schools, Inc., a private high school in Victoria.
