Patricia de Stacy Harrison, president, Harrison International, Washington, D.C., is the author of “A Seat At the Table: An Insider’s View of How Women Can Move to the Leader’s Table and Enjoy the Trip.” Harrison has served as Chairman of the Board, Guest Services Inc. and President and Founder of the National Women’s Economic Alliance, an organization committed to identifying qualified people, who happen to be women, for corporate board appointment. She was appointed by President George Bush to serve as a member of the President’s Export Council and appointed by U.S. Trade Representative Mickey Kantor to serve on the Services Policy Advisory Council. Ms. Harrison has served as panelist and keynoter for numerous national and international conferences, among them the annual Northwood University Alden B. Dow Creativity Center-sponsored National Conference on the Teaching of Creativity in Colleges and Universities. The mother of three children, she lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband, Bruce Harrison. Mrs. Harrison presently serves as Co-Chairman of the Republican National Committee.
