Carolyn C. Lupton, Director of Lupton Family Capitol Corporation and of the T.C. Lupton, Jr. Family Foundation, is known as a people person. All of her friends will testify that Carolyn has “never met a stranger.” It is said that in an eight story elevator ride, she will know the life story of each and every passenger and will have made each person feel that it is going to be a beautiful day. This unique quality has made Carolyn Lupton a valued member of her Dallas community. She has involved herself in the Junior League of Dallas, The Dallas Museum of Art, The Dallas Woman’s Club Board of Governors, The Crystal Charity Ball, Les Femmes du Monde, The Dallas Summer Musicals, The Hollywood Entertainment Museum, the Child Guidance Clinic, Planned Parenthood and Fossil Rim Save the Rhino Committee. Through these activities over the years she is held in the highest esteem by all who know her. Carolyn and her husband Tav share a great friendship with many Hollywood greats and deliver that famous “Texas Hospitality” to all in Dallas or at their ranch in Llano, Texas. Carolyn and Tav have three children, Mr. And Mr. Tav C. Lupton, III, Dr. and Mrs. William P. Huckin, III who reside in Dallas, and Mr. And Mrs. Blake T. Liedtke who reside in Houston.
