Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep – West Palm Beach, Florida

In his youth, Jim Arrigo set his sites on a career in the automotive industry. He graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in management and never looked back. After graduation, Jim sold cars in Atlanta, Georgia, and then moved to Florida to work for JM Family Enterprises, Inc., dba, Southeast Toyota in Deerfield Beach. He worked at the dealership for nine years under the guidance of Jim Moran, president, who gave Arrigo the opportunity and professional advice needed to purchase his own Dodge dealership in 1989. Arrigo, along with his father as his partner, built Arrigo Dodge into one of the largest Dodge volume dealerships in the United States in 2001. In 2003 they purchased the Chrysler Jeep franchises, and today Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep is the largest retailer of Chrysler Jeep and Dodge in the United States, breaking national sales records, as well as being the nation’s largest Chrysler Financial customer. The Arrigo Dodge dealership has also received the coveted Five Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Dealer Award which places them in an elite group of dealers nationwide. Highly regarded civically and professionally in his community and industry, Jim is the past president of the South Florida Auto Truck Dealers Association; president of the National dealers Council; and, was recently invited to serve as secretary of the Chrysler Jeep Dealers Council. Arrigo serves on numerous Florida boards and currently sits on the Board of Governors for Northwood University. Additionally, he received an honorary doctorate of laws from Northwood University; has received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award for Palm Beach County for Northwood University; and, with Leo Vecellio, was very instrumental in the completion of the soccer field at Northwood, which is named in honor of the Vecellio and Arrigo families.
