Sharon Haines Jacquet

Sharon Jacquet is a direct descendant of the Haines family who came to America in the 1600’s and settled in Haines Falls, NY, the home of the Hudson River School of Painting. Today, she is a corporate executive with global presence in business, social and philanthropic circles. Currently, she holds the title of Managing Director in the JPMorgan Private Bank where she is the trusted advisor to high net worth individuals, foundations and families. Prior to that she held various investment banking positions at J.P. Morgan Securities and at Morgan Stanley. Her international clientele are in Europe, Russia, South America, Asia, Canada and the United States. In addition to Sharon’s role as a banker, she actively addresses, recruits, and mentors young college students interested in banking and heads the recruiting team for Columbia University. She is an Elder and past Vice President of her church, Greenville Community Reformed Church, and is a member of the Board of Advisors of Syracuse University School of Education. She is Treasurer of the Board of Directors of City Harvest in New York City, the largest food rescue organization in the United States, and is a member of the Planned Giving Advisory Council for New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Syracuse University where she was a varsity swimmer. She also studied at L’Université de Poitiers, France. She lives in Scarsdale with her husband, Jacques, an interior designer to the hospitality industry. They have two daughters, Jennifer and Julie. The family enjoys golfing, swimming, and gourmet cooking.
