Dee Wyly’s passions include children’s causes and program that help women from all walks of life. She serves on the Advisory Board of KICKSTART, an organization to help fight the war on drugs, gangs and youth violence, the National Advisory Board of Anderson Ranch Art Center in Aspen, Colorado, and the Leadership Council for Brain Health at the University of Texas at Dallas. She served on the President’s Advisory Committee on the Arts for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Mrs. Wyly is a passionate supporter of Kidney Texas, Inc., The Dallas Arboretum and Nexus. She is a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of The Salvation Army, the Opera Guild and the Dallas Theater Center Guild. She was named Les Femmes du Monde Woman of the Year for 2007 and received the Texas Discovery Gardens’ Flora Award, the American Jewish Committee’s Human Relations Award and the Spirit of World Thanksgiving Award from Thanksgiving Square. Dee also served as a Girl Scout Leader while living in Houston, Texas. Her hobbies include photography, painting and reading. Dee has four children, Martha Miller, Chip Wyly, Emily Wyly and Jennifer Lincoln and seven grandchildren, Trey, Carla, Chris and Dulaney Miller, Wyly and Jessie Lincoln and Meghan Lindsey. She and her husband Charles Wyly spend time between Dallas and Aspen.
