Northwood University is pleased to announce 16 of its Business Professionals of America (BPA) members have qualified to compete at the national level.
Students qualified for nationals after strong all-around performances at the Feb. 11 BPA State Conference at Davenport University in Grand Rapids.
“I am proud of how our NU BPA students practice personal responsibility and drive their own success through the BPA program,” stated Advisor Julie Adamczyk. “They understand the value of bettering themselves through hard work and competition.”
In Grand Rapids, the team competed in multiple categories and earned 23 top-three finishes.
“This is an impressive feat, considering our team faced stiff competition against the likes of Alma College, Central Michigan University, Davenport University, Montcalm Community College, and Lake Superior State University/Bay College,” Adamczyk noted.

The national competition will take place in April in Anaheim, California. BPA has over 45,000 members across the U.S.
