Advanced Leadership Program
The Advanced Leadership Program is designed to help you better understand your own leadership style and how to best develop it in others. This two-course program — offered completely online — allows you to actively apply what you learn from Day 1.
Coursework will teach you how to manage, motivate and lead others more effectively to get optimum team member performance at your dealership. After completion of the Professional Development courses, all courses can be applied toward college credit at Northwood University after completing Northwood University’s prior learning assessment (PLA).
Leadership I: Process and Practice
The first course emphasizes leadership — the nature of it, how to recognize and develop leadership skills and competency, and leadership ethics, to name a few. Upon completion, you will better understand and be able to improve your own leadership performance.
