With multiple, GM-exclusive development opportunities — ranging from an advanced learning courses to bachelor and master’s degree programs — you’ll get on the right track for developing into a future GM leader.

As you study, you’ll review case studies and tackle assignments specific to dealerships and the automotive industry. Plus, you’ll learn from professors with real-life automotive industry experience — ones who may have followed a career path similar to the one you are on now.
Upon completion, you may receive degree credit for dealership experience and Center of Learning training as well as a written summary of your work experience. You also may be able to earn up to 30 credits through a Prior Learning Assessment.
Each course and degree program features a tailored curriculum designed to engage and challenge you. Plus, you’ll be able to apply what you learn in the classroom at work now, not only after you finish the course or degree.
