Housing

Residential students enjoy the gorgeous scenery as well as the peaceful atmosphere that the surrounding cedar covered hills and valleys offer.  Residence areas are offered in two different on-campus locations on a first come, first serve basis with separate male and female units.

Why Should You Be a Resident?

  • Minutes away from any class.
  • Promotes attendance.
  • Do not have to worry about being late due to traffic.
  • If you are on campus, you do not need a car.
  • Fewer expenses including less car repairs and gasoline costs.
  • Easier to make friends and get to know people.
  • Easier to get involved in campus clubs and events.
  • Research shows students living on campus have a better opportunity for growth and success.
  • Already “there” to take advantage of spontaneous activities.
  • Your Resident Assistant is a built-in resource to answer all Northwood University questions.
  • Interested in becoming an RA in the future? You must have campus residential experience.
  • Easy commute to area attractions in the DFW Metroplex area.
  • Each room has internet, cable and local phone service provided.

Housing Costs
