Curtis Norman

Co-Chair

Born in Downers Grove, Illinois, I live with my parents Drew and Lisa Norman, and have two older sisters, Valerie and Vanessa. I graduated from Downers Grove North High School in 2009 and am currently a junior at Northwood University majoring in Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management. My involvements at Northwood include DECA, the Northwood University Hospitality Enterprise, Emerging Leaders, Alpha Sigma Phi, and my current position as Co-Chair for the 37th Annual Stafford Memorial Dinner. After graduation I would like to be an event planner.

Brandon George

Co-Chair

I am the son of Dave and Jenny George and currently a sophomore majoring in Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management. I am actively involved in several organizations and events; Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity, DECA, NUHE, and the Northwood University International Auto Show. I also am an Admissions Student Ambassador and served as the Gala Chair for the 2011 NU Style Show. I am extremely excited serve as one of this year's Stafford Dinner Co-Chairs, and am ready to provide a fun-filled evening. In the future I hope to manage an upscale resort and maybe own a few restaurants.

Stanton McAtee

Food and Beverage Co-Chair

Born in Findlay, Ohio, I live with my parents Burt and Chris McAtee, and have two brothers, David and Kristopher. I graduated from Midland High School in 2010 and am currently a sophomore at Northwood University majoring in Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management. I am involved with several events and organizations; the Northwood University Hospitality Enterprise program, as Chef for the 10th Annual NU Style Show, Tau Kappa Epsilon, and currently as the Food and Beverage Co-Chair for the 37th Annual Stafford Memorial Dinner. After graduating from Northwood in 2014, I plan on attending a culinary arts school to become an executive chef.

Nino Ruggirello

Food and Beverage Co-Chair

I am the son of Jerry and Lisa Ruggirello, and brother of Maria, Joe, and Ava. I graduated from Detroit Catholic Central and came to Northwood University to major in Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management. As a member of a food-loving Italian family, cooking has been my passion since I was 10. I enjoy using home-grown vegetables and herbs, fish, and wild game in traditional Italian ways. I plan to be the owner/head chef of a fine dining Italian restaurant in the metro-Detroit area someday. Please enjoy the dinner. Buon appetito!

Andrew Hanagan

Finance and Registration Director

I am from Plymouth, Michigan, and live with my mother and step-father, Diana and Bill Wiljanen, and younger brother, Joseph. I graduated from Canton High School in 2010, and am currently a sophomore at Northwood University where I am double majoring in Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management and International Business. I am involved in Tau Kappa Epsilon, served as Captain of Team Audi for the 2011 Northwood University International Auto Show, am a Student Ambassador, and currently serve as the Finance and Registration Director for the 37th Annual Stafford Memorial Dinner. After graduation, I hope to work for a big hotel chain internationally.

Nathan Steiner

Banquet Coordinator

I grew up in Fraser, Michigan, with my parents, Mark and Adrianne, as well my three older brothers. I graduated from Fraser High School in 2010, and am currently a sophomore at Northwood majoring in Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management. I am a Resident Assistant, President of Northwood University Hospitality Enterprise, work as a front desk employee at the NADA Hotel & Conference Center on campus, and currently serve as the 37th Annual Stafford Dinner Banquet Coordinator. After graduation, I plan to pursue management in the restaurant business with hopes of one day owning my own restaurant.

Michael MacEachern

Director of Entertainment

I was born in Troy, Michigan, and graduated from Birmingham Bloomfield Brother Rice High School in 2009. I am the son of Ronald and Pamela MacEachern, have two brothers, Matthew and Mackenzie, and a younger sister, Mollie. I am currently a junior at Northwood University and I am a founding member of Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity. I am currently the Director of Entertainment for this year's Stafford Dinner.

Victoria Julson

Public Relations Chair

I grew up in Rochester Hills, Michigan, with my parents, Tim and Deb, and two younger siblings. I am currently a sophomore at Northwood University studying Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management. While at Northwood I have participated in Circle K, Emerging Leaders, Northwood University Hospitality Enterprise as Treasurer, and currently serve as the 37th Annual Stafford Dinner Public Relations Chair. Upon graduation, I plan to pursue my passion for making others happy by working in management for a resort or country club.

Evelyn Zebrowski

Venue Coordinator

I am a sophomore at Northwood University majoring in Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management. I have a brother, Eric, who is a junior at North Central University, and a sister, Lauren, who is a junior at Brighton High School. My hobbies are riding horses and playing my saxophone. This past summer, I worked for a banquet facility and am currently working as the NADA Hotel Resident Manager. My goal is to become a general manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

Cassandra Wood

Decorations Co-Chair

I am the daughter of Dale and Danell Wood, graduated from Marlette Jr./Sr. High School in 2010, and am currently a sophomore at Northwood University. I am honored to be Decorations Co-Chair for the 37th Annual Stafford Memorial Dinner alongside Holly French. As a proud member of the Fab Five, I hold the secretary position for the 2011-2012 Northwood University Hospitality Enterprise and worked with the team to create this year's successful food venues at the Northwood University International Auto Show. I have also been involved in DECA for the past four years. In the future, I can see myself managing and someday owning a five star hotel or resort.

Holly French

Decorations Co-Chair

I grew up in Millington, Michigan, and am the daughter if Ronald and April French. I am a senior at Northwood University, majoring in Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management, and a member of the Alpha Chi Omega society. I have worked on the Stafford Dinner board for two years and enjoy every minute of it. After graduation I plan to use my experiences with the Holiday Inn Banquet department and other facilities to open an event planning business in Chicago.

Chelsea Anderson

Procurement Chair

I grew up in Alexandria, Virginia, and graduated from Bishop Ireton High School in 2010. My parents, Mike and Donna Anderson, own and operate restaurants in the Northern Virginia area. I have two sisters; Danielle is Northwood alumna and current DeVos MBA student, and Dakota is a senior in high school. I am currently a sophomore majoring in Advertising & Marketing. This is my first year working on the Stafford Dinner and even though I am not a Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management major, I am excited to be a part of the board. After Northwood, I hope to travel and eventually end up working for an advertising firm.

Megan Borders

Food and Beverage Logistics Chair

I was born and raised in Chesaning, Michigan, where I grew up with two brothers, Jared and Jody. I graduated from Chesaning Union High School in the spring of 2010 and am currently a sophomore at Northwood University majoring in Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management. I am involved with the Northwood University Hospitality Enterprise as Vice President and currently serve as the Food and Beverage Logistics chair for the 37th Annual Stafford Dinner Memorial Dinner. When I'm not busy with class or extracurricular activities, I work at the Northwood Bookstore. After graduation, I plan to become a general manager at a resort in North or South Carolina.

Matt Stone

Valet and Coat Check Chair

Born in Tawas, Michigan, I am the son of Melissa and David Stone. I have a sister, Jennifer, who graduated from Roscommon High School and is currently attending Kirtland Community College. I graduated from Roscommon High School in 2010 and am a sophomore at Northwood University with a dual-major in International Business and Entertainment, Sport & Promotion Management. This past year I have been involved in the Northwood University International Auto Show as Co-Captain of Team BMW. At this year's Stafford Dinner, I am serving as the Valet and Coat Check Chair. After graduating from Northwood, I hope to work for a professional sports team or pursue business ventures overseas.

David Parker

Student Advisor

I am the son of Derek and Deborah Parker of Rochester Hills, Michigan, and am a senior majoring in Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management. While at Northwood University, I have participated in the Northwood University International Auto Show, the Northwood University Hospitality Enterprise, the Stafford Memorial Dinner and the Northwood Style Show. I also have maintained two jobs-one with The Great Lakes Loons and the other with Northwood University's Career Services department. Upon graduation, I plan to continue working for Minor League Baseball where I would like to become the Executive Chef for the Lansing Lugnuts in Lansing, Michigan.

Lindsey Lipa

Born in Canton, Michigan, I live with my parents, Jeff and Connie, and younger sister, Emily. I graduated from Salem High School in 2010 and am currently a sophomore at Northwood University majoring in Hotel, Restaurant & Resort Management. I am involved with DECA, Circle K, the Student Government Association, and the Northwood University Hospitality Enterprise. Currently, I am serving as the Assistant to the Board Chair for the 37th Annual Stafford Memorial Dinner. In addition, I am an employee at the NADA Hotel & Conference Center on campus. After graduating from Northwood, I plan to eventually manage and own a hotel or resort.
