Welcome

It’s the most wonderful time of the year here on Northwood University’s Michigan campus.  The 44th annual Auto Show and Homecoming week is upon us!  All of the tents are up and the cars have been rolling onto campus all day.  We couldn’t ask for anything more than the wonderful weather forecast of 70’s and sunny for the entire weekend.  An enormous amount of preparation is dedicated into making this 3-day event a success for all of our alumni and friends and we look forward to seeing many of you this weekend!

New Staff Member

Dean of Admissions Dan Toland is pleased to announce the addition of Wynn McDonald as a new member of his Admissions Team.  In addition to having oversight of our community college relationships, Wynn has also accepted the task of developing an Alumni/Admissions Recruiting Program.

“We literally have hundreds, if not thousands of alumni who are willing to volunteer their time and talents in an effort to help us recruit students,” according to Toland, “everything from attending college night programs, hosting prospective students at their place of employment, making telephone calls to students and parents and so on.  We now have the right person to oversee and coordinate this most vitally important process.”

If you are interested in becoming acquainted with Wynn, or more importantly learn how you can assist him in his efforts, please email Wynn at mcdonalw@northwood.edu
