Entertainment, Sport and Promotion Management
The Entertainment, Sport, Promotion and Management curriculum is committed to providing its students first hand experience in their chosen field. The Entertainment, Sport, Promotion and Management Association is a leader in providing its members with experience in planning, organizing and running events on the Northwood University campus. With an emphasis on volunteerism ESPMA is able to provide quality, student run programming to the students, faculty, staff and community in our area. An example of ESMPA programming is Midnight Madness which was held at the Bennett Sports Center on November ninth. Midnight Madness is an event where the Men’s and Women’s basketball teams are presented to the student body. The night is filled with opportunities for players and spectators alike to participate in events such as a 3-Point shoot out, musical chairs and an obstacle course. Prizes for this event ranged from gift certificates to the Northwood University Bookstore to four packs of Detroit Pistons tickets. ESPMA will continue to provide quality programming with upcoming events like Singled Out which will be held in February.
