Northwood University is pleased to announce the selection of Doug Doran as the Director of Admissions for traditional students at its Florida campus.
Having gained solid experience in field recruiting for Florida since March 2011, the Comstock Park, Michigan native has served as an Admissions Representative, Transfer Student Coordinator, and most recently, as a Regional Admissions Representative.
Having completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management from Northwood University Michigan in 2009, and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Florida location of the university’s Richard DeVos Graduate School of Management in 2012, Doran has served as a mentor and a coach to other Northwood admissions representatives, and will be able to model the university’s values in his leadership of the Admissions team.
Doran will work closely with Dr. Tom Duncan, Northwood University Florida President and Dr. Brian Sandusky, Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing to set aggressive and achievable goals for enrollment of new freshmen and transfer students. Involved in the selection of several additional admissions representatives, he will train and motivate the admissions team as it educates potential students, parents and educators about the university’s mission and programs.
