Automotive Aftermarket

AAIA/Gene Gardner Annual Scholarship 
Awards for scholarship will be based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit.  Applicants must be United States citizens, enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket program of study at the MICHIGAN, FLORIDA or TEXAS campus(es) of Northwood University.  Recipient must declare intent to pursue a career in the Automotive Aftermarket upon graduation.  (A)

The Advanstar Automotive Aftermarket Scholarship
Awards for scholarship will be based upon academic merit and career interest.  Applicants must be United States citizens, enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket/Management program of study at any of the Northwood University campuses.  (A)

Automotive Parts Associates, Inc. Annual Scholarship
Awards for scholarship will be based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit.  Applicants must be United States citizens, enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket/Management program of study at one of the Northwood University campuses; West Palm Beach, FLORIDA, Midland, MICHIGAN or Cedar Hill, TEXAS.  (A)

CarQuest/Sam Rogers Endowed Scholarship
Multiple scholarships available.  Scholarships(s) will be awarded to students who are sons or daughters of full time employees of a General Parts, Inc.  Distribution Center or Carquest Auto Parts store.  Applicants must be students who desire training as Automotive Aftermarket professionals.  (E)

Genuine Parts Company Endowed Scholarship
This scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to students studying Automotive Aftermarket Management at any one of Northwood University's three campuses.  (E)

HD America Memorial Fund
Awards for scholarship will be based upon demonstrated academic merit.  Applicants must be United States citizens, enrolled in the Heavy Duty Management Program or the Heavy Duty Vehicle Technology Program within the Automotive Aftermarket curriculum at any of Northwood's three campuses (MICHIGAN, FLORIDA, TEXAS).  (E)

Kornafel Enrichment Scholarship
Awards for scholarship will be based upon academic merit (a B or 3.0 GPA) and financial need.  Applicants must be US citizens, enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket Management program of study at the MICHIGAN, FLORIDA and/or TEXAS campus of Northwood University.  (E)

William J. Menghini Memorial Scholarship
Multiple scholarships of $1,000.00 will be awarded.  Applicants must meet all admissions standards, have U.S. citizenship, be enrolled in Automotive Aftermarket Management at any Northwood University campus, and demonstrate financial need, academic excellence, and career interest.  (E)

Leon Settles Memorial Scholarship
Awards for scholarship will be based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit.  Applicants must be United States citizens, enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket program of study at the MICHIGAN, FLORIDA and/or TEXAS campuses of Northwood University.  (E)

TRW Foundation Scholarship
Awards for scholarship will be based upon academic merit.  Financial need is considered but not necessary.  Eligible applicants must be enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket program of study at any of Northwood's campuses.  (E)

Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association Scholarship
Three scholarships for MICHIGAN campus; and three for TEXAS campus.  Eligible candidates include U.S. citizens enrolled in Automotive Aftermarket Management with academic excellence and financial need.  Each recipient selected for scholarship must declare intent to work in the Automotive Aftermarket industry upon graduation.  The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association sponsors the award.  Annually funded.  (A)

James B. Bushyhead Scholarship
One scholarship for a MICHIGAN campus student and one for a TEXAS campus student.  Eligible candidates include U.S. citizens, majoring in Automotive Aftermarket Management, with demonstrated financial need and academic excellence.  The sponsor is Motor and Equipment Manufacturer's Association.  (E)

Jeanne S. Peck Memorial Scholarship
Award will be based upon demonstrated financial need.  Eligible candidates include U.S. citizens who are enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket program of study at Northwood's MICHIGAN or TEXAS campus.  Federal Mogul Corporation employees and/or dependents of Federal/Mogul employees will be given first consideration.  (E)

Clifford Roy/Gold Eagle Scholarship
Eligible candidates must be majoring in Automotive Aftermarket Management at the TEXAS or MICHIGAN campuses, with demonstrated financial need and academic excellence.  (A)

Emil G. Stanley Memorial Scholarship
Award(s) for scholarship will be based upon academic merit.  Financial need is considered but not necessary.  Applicants must be United States citizens, enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket program of study at the MICHIGAN or TEXAS campus of Northwood University.  (E)

David Wasserman Memorial Scholarship
Scholarships will be awarded to deserving students on the MICHIGAN or TEXAS campus.  Financial support is provided to children of active Apex employees, children of Apex customers and children of employees of Apex customers who are Automotive Aftermarket students.  (E)

Activant Solutions, Inc. Endowed Scholarship
Awards for scholarship will be based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit.  Applicants must be United States citizens, enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket/Management program of study at the MICHIGAN campus of Northwood University.  (E)

Clarence P. And Grace A. Chamberlin Foundation Scholarship
Multiple scholarships available.  Eligible candidates include U.S. citizens and upper division students majoring in Automotive Aftermarket Management at the MICHIGAN campus.  Candidates must demonstrate academic excellence, career interest and financial need.  (E)

Harvey Diedrich "Advantage" Scholarship
Awards for scholarship will be based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit.  Applicants must be United States citizens, enrolled in the Marketing/Management or Automotive Aftermarket/Management program of study at the MICHIGAN campus of Northwood University.  Applicants are required to submit a one page essay on how to create a marketing advantage when developing a business plan.  (E)

Martin Fromm Scholarship Fund/AWDA
One scholarship for the MICHIGAN campus.  Eligible candidates include U.S. citizens enrolled in Automotive Aftermarket Management, with 2.5 or better grade point average and demonstrated financial need.  The sponsor is Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association. Martin Fromm Scholarship Fund/Automotive Warehouse Distributors Association (AWDA)  (A)

Ernest Gleisner Endowed Scholarship
One scholarship is available.  Awards are based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit.  Applicants must be enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket program of study at the MICHIGAN campus of Northwood University.  (E)

Martin E. Goldman Memorial Scholarship
Eligible candidates include U.S. citizens, majoring in Automotive Aftermarket Management at the MICHIGAN campus, and showing good academic performance.  (E)

W. E. Herring Endowed Scholarship
One scholarship will be awarded to a student enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket program of study at Northwood University, or continuing their education at Northwood after receiving their associate degree.  Financial need will be considered for scholarship awards.  (E)

ITT Automotive Aftermarket Scholarship
One scholarship is available to a student studying Automotive Aftermarket at the MICHIGAN campus of Northwood University.  Awards for scholarship will be based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit.  (E)

Michigan Automotive Parts & Accessories Association Scholarship
Awards for scholarship will be based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit.  Applicants must be U. S. citizens, enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket program of study at the MICHIGAN campus of Northwood University.  (A)

Donald E. Ross Memorial Scholarship
One scholarship available to a student studying Automotive Aftermarket at Northwood University.  Awards for scholarship based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit.  (A)

Rowleys Wholesale-Pennzoil Scholarship
Four $1,000.00 awards or two $2,000.00 awards to be made annually.  Scholarship amounts will be determined by the number of applicants and the need shown for the academic year.  Applicants must be enrolled in the Automotive Program of study at the MICHIGAN campus.  (Automotive Aftermarket or Automotive Marketing).  (A)

Michael R. Sandler Endowed Scholarship
Awards for scholarship will be based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit.  Applicants must be United States citizens, enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket program of study at the MICHIGAN campus of Northwood University.  Students must have career interest in the areas of distribution, retailing and publishing.  (E)

Mort Schwartz Fellowship at Northwood University
This award will be made to a student studying Automotive Aftermarket Management at Northwood University.  Academic merit and the recipient's intention to enter the aftermarket industry upon graduation will be a consideration of the selection committee.  (E)

Sloan Transportation Products Annual
Awards for scholarship will be based upon demonstrated financial need and academic merit.  Applicants must be United States citizens, enrolled in the Heavy Duty Management Program or the Heavy Duty Vehicle Technology Program within the Automotive Aftermarket curriculum at the MICHIGAN campus of Northwood University.  (A)

AAIA/John F. Sullivan Memorial Annual Scholarship
Applicants must be Northwood University juniors or seniors enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket Management program and be U.S. citizens.  Recipients must declare intent to pursue a career in the collision repair or paint and body equipment industries upon graduation.  (A)

Paul B. Swanson Scholarship/AAIA
Applicants must have U.S. citizenship, be enrolled in Automotive Aftermarket Management at the MICHIGAN campus, demonstrate financial need and maintain a 2.5 or better grade point average.  Recipient is required to supply donor with a current resume.  The Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association sponsors the award.  (E)

Roy Warshawsky & J.C. Whitney & Co. Memorial Scholarship
One $5,000.00 scholarship co-sponsored by J.C. Whitney and Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association, to be awarded to a student attending Northwood University's MICHIGAN campus, studying Automotive Aftermarket.  Applicant must show academic excellence.  (A)

Car Care Council Women's Board Annual Scholarship
Awards for scholarship will be based upon academic merit and financial need.  Applicants must be United States citizens, female students, enrolled in the Automotive Aftermarket/Management program of study at the MICHIGAN campus of Northwood University.  (A)
