HIPAA

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is a Federal Regulation dealing with health records. The purpose of the Act is to ensure the privacy and security of your health information.

The Health Center is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your medical records. Your medical information will not be released without your written consent with the exception of the release for treatment, payment or health care operations as identified in the Notice of Privacy Practices.
