Businesses can directly post open full-time and part-time positions on Northwood's online job database, eRecruiting. Postings are accessible to all Northwood students and alumni. Human Resources staff can directly access posted resumes, searching by degree type, major and/or grade point average. Career Expos and Recruiting/Networking Events

Yearly, Northwood's Michigan campus sponsors career expos that connect businesses with students.  These events include a fall and winter career expo held on the Midland campus and a SE Michigan Career Expo held in Troy.  

Campus Visits & On-Campus Interviewing

Northwood University welcomes employers who wish to visit campus for individualized recruiting and networking days.  Frequently, faculty invite company representatives into classes to present on pertinent business topics. Company presentations can be arranged prior to interviews. The staff at Career Services will coordinate on-campus interviews for you.
