Guest Students

What is a Guest Student?

A Guest Student is a student from another college who wishes to attend Northwood University on a temporary basis.

How do I become a Guest Student?
  • Complete a Guest Student application through your home college Registrar’s Office.  
  • The normal admissions process is waived.
  • Students must request in writing to Northwood’s Registrar's Office that an official transcript be sent to their home institution.   
How does a Northwood student become a Guest Student at another college?
  • Students must complete a Guest Student application at the Northwood University Registrar’s Office.  Only credits transfer to Northwood - grades do not transfer.
  • Students must request in writing to the guest institution’s Registrar’s Office to have an official transcript sent to Northwood University.

If a paper application is submitted include a $25 non-refundable application fee. There is no charge if you apply to the undergraduate program online.
