The dual major Entertainment, Sport & Promotion Management/Management focuses on the national and global expansion of entertainment and sport and its impact on cultural, social and economic issues at regional, national, and international levels.
Sports, Music, and Fun
The focus of the Entertainment, Sport & Promotion Management (ESPM) program is to educate and train students for the business and management aspects of the entertainment industry. Coursework emphasizes a broad understanding of the business side of entertainment and leisure activities in America, including sports sociology, communication, the food and beverage industry, sports governance, the industry legal aspects, club, resort and facilities management, and ethics.
The program provides key industry contacts and practical business experience for students. Students design, develop, and implement on-campus ESPM events.
