The Information Security’s mission is to protect the privacy, confidentiality and integrity of university information technology assets and associated data, as defined by NU policies, and in accordance with federal, state and local laws. Information Security strives to understand the various risks and threats that exist in our environment, and takes reasonable steps to guard against them.
