MIDLAND, MI – Patricia A. Riley was elected to Northwood University’s Board of Trustees on May 17 during its annual meeting.
In 2009, Northwood University honored Riley with the Outstanding Business Leader Award and in 2010 she received an honorary doctorate of laws degree at Northwood Florida’s graduation ceremony. She previously was a member of the Northwood University Florida Board of Governors.
Riley is the founder and CEO of MDR Fitness/Clientele Beauty of Palm Gardens, FL, and Medical Doctors Research. Her companies develop and market skin care and nutrition products to millions of people. She has pioneered many beauty concepts including AM/PM vitamins, the use of antioxidants in skin care and the belief of beauty from the inside out. Riley was the recipient of the Jacqueline Kennedy Award from JFK University for her outstanding contributions in the field of public health.
Riley graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a degree in nutrition and food science. She resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
