MIDLAND, MI – Northwood University Director of Automotive Technology Julie Becker-Myers will play a key role in the June 19, 20 and 21 F&I Week. Becker-Myers was involved in selecting the online panelists and will share her insights as part of the online conference.
For the second straight year, Automotive News will host F&I Week (Finance & Insurance Week), a free, online conference designed to give dealership personnel tips on increasing customer satisfaction, maximizing profits and staying compliant. This year’s event will be held June 19, 20 and 21. F&I managers and staff, dealer principals, general managers, sales managers and anyone seeking education on top finance and insurance topics are invited to attend.
Six F&I Week webinars will begin daily at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. EDT (Eastern Daylight Time). They have been developed to address timely issues and needs of F&I personnel. The 60-minute sessions will include presentations from thought leaders, industry experts, government officials and dealer peers. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during each event.
Automotive News Online Editor Dave Versical and Executive Editor Ed Lapham will moderate. Topics include regulatory trends, sales strategies, career management, lending practices and the rising influence of mobile technology. In one of the presentations, officials from three dealerships will share their best F&I practices.
