Brian Rolfes Receives Innovation Award

FORT WORTH, Texas–Brian Rolfes, Fort Worth Program Center Manager for Northwood University, received the Innovation Award during graduation ceremonies on May 10 in the Ellis Davis Field House at the Jesse Owens Memorial Complex. The honor was presented to him by Keith A. Pretty, president and CEO of Northwood University.
The officers of Northwood University instituted an Innovation Award which can be given to up to five employees, university-wide, who have demonstrated special attention to Northwood University and the students by innovating or creating special programs or processes or initiatives which move the university ahead.
President Pretty stated, “Brian has taken the lead on a partnership with Allies in Service that is dedicated to serving veterans, service members and their families. He has also been instrumental in special programming on the base in Ft. Worth and programming between the campus in Cedar Hill and the base.”
Rolfes is a resident of Arlington. He earned his M.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and his B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
