University of the Aftermarket to Present "Aftermarket 101"
Program for New Aftermarket Employees
Annual program created for new aftermarket professionals in all market segments
Midland, MI – The University of the Aftermarket will present its "Aftermarket 101" program at Federal-Mogul headquarters in Southfield, Mich., May 29-30, 2013. The program is open to new employees in the automotive or heavy-duty aftermarket, and will provide a better understanding of the aftermarket, its structure and trends.
This annual program is offered in partnership with the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association, and is specifically created to define and demystify the industry for new aftermarket hires. Typically, attendees have less than one year in the industry, and represent a diverse range of job functions and companies. During the day-and-a-half program, participants will be exposed to key information about the aftermarket, its history, scope, market channels, customers and trends.

"Aftermarket 101 is an outstanding opportunity for new aftermarket professionals to get a solid background and thorough understanding of the industry," said University of the Aftermarket Director Brian Cruickshank.
