Alumni Directory Usage Policy
Access to the Northwood University Alumni email directory, and usage thereof, should be conducted in an ethical and lawful manner. Northwood University does not sell or provide this list to any outside entity. Selling any portion of this directory is prohibited. Use of this email directory for personal gain, commercial use, or solicitation is strictly prohibited.
No abusive, profane or offensive language should be transmitted to any members of this list; this includes, but is not limited to, derogatory or inflammatory remarks about an individual or group’s race, religion, national origin, physical attributes, or sexual preference.
Any communication sent to member(s) of this list should clearly identify you as the sender. No messages should be transmitted under an assumed name. Spam, unsolicited bulk email, mass-mailings or chain letters will not be permitted.
