The Information Technology Help Desk is your contact point for all computer related questions or problems at Northwood University. Help Desk staff will either assist you directly or route your request to the appropriate IT staff member.

Summer Hours of Operation (effective 5/19/2013)

Monday-Thursday
8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday CLOSED
Sunday 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

All times are Eastern Standard Time and excludes holidays.

In observance of the Independence Day holiday, the Help Desk will be CLOSED
begining 6:00 PM on Wednesday, July 3 through July 4.

*Normal business hours will resume on Friday, July 5.
