Require: MA/MS degree in Hospitality Management or closely related field with min of 5 yrs experience in the hospitality industry; min of 2 yrs experience in Operations Management, Catering Management or Front Office Management; basic knowledge of housekeeping operations; knowledge and ability to uphold appropriate sanitation and safety standards; experience in training/teaching students/employees; experience in budgeting and managing budgets; ability to work independently in timely, consistent, accurate manner; strong interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational skills; professional, customer service and detail oriented skills; working experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and scheduling software. Prefer: Serve Safe certified; Techniques of Alcohol Management Certification or equivalent.
