Statement of Purpose

Create highly effective executives and managers through a process of personal and professional transformation that requires the learning of conceptual frameworks and the development of attitudes and emotions to successfully lead and manage. The desired transformation results in the wisdom to acknowledge and change the way we see and deal with the world, ourselves, and possibilities. 

Successful Degree Completion Will Provide Students With:

• The management skills to find and fix problems and identify and capitalize on opportunities, working effectively with others to take action using an integrated knowledge of a range of business functions and processes.
