Statement of Purpose

To create highly effective executives and managers through a process of personal and professional transformation that requires the learning of conceptual frameworks and the development of attitudes and emotions to successfully lead and manage.  The desired transformation results in the wisdom to acknowledge and change the way we see and deal with the world, ourselves, and possibilities. 

General Development Outcomes
  • The management skills to find and fix problems and identify and capitalize on opportunities through others.
  • The leadership skills to create a vision and influence others to follow, and to raise the performance of subordinates, peers and superiors.
