The DeVos Graduate School mission is to significantly enhance the performance capabilities and executive potential of experienced business professionals.  To do so, we focus on developing and enhancing skills and capabilities by using a student based discussion approach that involves real world managerial situations.

There are no isolated issues in today’s complex business environment.  DeVos programs focus on what businesses today are demanding - integration over specialization.  Rather than concentrations or majors or a simple collection of courses, DeVos offers a focused management program.  Functional skills are an important aspect of the curriculum, yet the program pushes students one step further - into the practice of management itself. 

The student based discussions utilize cases that create a classroom experience that is similar to a work environment.  Students become active partners in learning.  The Simulations force students to deal with the distractions and conflicting data experienced at work.
