Housing Information

Campus living is an important aspect of each student's college experience. The people you meet and activities you become involved in help enhance the overall Northwood University experience. We are pleased to offer the Stauffer Residential Complex for students.

The apartments have a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two study rooms. Normal occupancy is considered to be three students per room and six students per apartment. If space is available, juniors and seniors may reside two-to-a-room at no additional cost, and freshmen and sophomores may do likewise for an additional $250 per term.
