The Northwood University-Florida Emerging Leaders Program provides a select group of first-year students with two terms (winter and spring) of leadership instruction for academic credit.

During the second term of the course, each student has the opportunity to practice developing learned leadership skills by directing a program or activity under the guidance of the course instructor. First-year students interested in learning more about the Emerging Leaders Program should speak with their PSY 110 instructor.
