Career planning assessments are tools that help you further define business career choices based on specific preferences, values, and areas in which you excel. When these areas are carefully considered, you gain the ability to refine your professional goals and build a higher level of job satisfaction. Sound career planning provides the foundation necessary to be prepared for your professional future.

Northwood University utilizes a career planning tool known as FOCUS. After completing the FOCUS assessment, visit the Career Services Office to discuss your responses with the Director of Career Services.
