Welcome to Northwood University! Transitioning to university life is an exciting experience - for both the student and the parent. Please utilize this information as a quick reference to all vital Northwood resources.

Be assured that Northwood University's faculty and staff are here for your son or daughter. We've got them covered from academics to financial aid to buying books to keeping them healthy. Their mental and physical well-being is an important aspect of their academic success. Join in a Parent Chat Session

Log-in to our online Parent Chat sessions. You will be joined by representatives from the Florida campus that can answer questions you have about Northwood. You will have the opportunity to engage in dialog with University leadership and staff, meet other parents, and get immediate answers to your questions.

The moderated chat will allow you to submit questions and receive answers from individuals who work in that particular area on a daily basis. The discussion will be available to all parents joining us in the "chat room." If you have a very personal question, please contact us privately as the "chat room" is a public forum. We will not be engaging in video or audio chats at this time, only typed questions and answers will be used.

Logging in is easy. Follow the simple instructions below to join the discussion on the session dates:

1. Go to www.northwood.edu/chat
2. Locate and click the "Click Here to Log-in" button
3. You will be prompted to create a username. Use a name of your choice and click "Log-in"
